We got a special tour of Mr. Richard’s Soft Crab facility. Mr. Richard did a great job explaining the business. We even got to see a crab molt. We bought a dozen for $65 and Kyle fried them the next night.
Blair and Kyle kayaked about 5 miles two days in a row, but ended with no fish to show for it. We did catch a couple of reds that were too small to keep.
We set crab traps across the bayou by kayak. We checked and rebaited them all weekend and ended up with 46 crabs. We ended up boiling them the night we got back home.
