This past weekend, Erin's aunts and uncles from her father's side came in from out of town (Shamrock Texas, Sulfur Louisiana, and Virginia). We spent time with them from Saturday through Monday. Saturday, we all met up at Donna and Kent's for lunch. We all hung out until late in the evening. Since we had most of the Champagnes, we took family portraits (click here to see). On Sunday, we went see "Journey to the Center of the Earth" in 3D at the Carmike theater in Lafayette, and all enjoyed. On Monday night, we all had fried fish at my house. While Uncle Eddie cooked the fish, mostly everyone enjoyed margaritas, tomahawks, and an Edible Arrangement fruit display.
