Me, Erin, Sean (the Godfather), and Allie (the Godmother) all met at St. Peter's Church in New Iberia for our first of two baptism classes. The class was to remind us about the ideals that we are responsible to teach our child as we raise her in the Catholic faith. Deacon Burke was the teacher, and I am guessing that he will be the one to Baptize the baby. We will have one more class a few days before the actual Baptism, which we will have either February 8th at 8:00am or March 8th at 10:00am.
